Coca (NOT to be confused with power cocaine anymore than say nicotine sulfate with Tobacco, pure caffeine with Coffee tea etc) is good for treating alcoholic hangover.
A bit of advice from an old sommellier: Looks like an excellent product, however, if we want to show our willingness to be a European-looking nation, we should observe EU "apellations controlles" and refer to this product as "Weinbrandt" - which sounds more authentic comeing out of Königsberg anyway.
